BrochureHolders4U offers a return policy on merchandise that has been damaged during shipment or on unused merchandise still in its original packaging. All claims to request a return of unwanted product must be made through our Claims Department at (888) 539-5159 or email@example.com.
Once merchandise is received, inspected and accepted in sellable condition, your refund will be processed 3-5 business days from the date of return.
To insure a speedy response be sure to include the following when making your claim:

Requests for returns on stock items must be made within 10 days of delivery.
Custom and Imprinted items are NOT eligible for return.All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee of product value. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All products must be returned unused and in its original carton and packing.
Return merchandise received damaged will not be credited. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for actual price paid, including any applicable sales tax.Customer is responsible for the initial shipping cost and all return shipping costs.
Once the RMA# has been issued, that RMA # is valid for 30 days from issuance. Products returned after 30 days, from the date of issuance, will not be credited.
We will only refund or adjust shipping/freight charges if the item shipped does not match the order confirmation sent to you or if the item shipped was damaged during transit.All returns must have an approved RMA number
